Description:

It consists of a circular disc with skirt fitted with a shaft at the center of the bottom side. The disc is carefully machined both on the top and bottom surface along with the skirt to maintain concentricity and to avoid any ovality. The shaft at the bottom is placed on anti-friction bearings contained in a fabricated M.S. bearing housing. This housing is bolted to a channel frame containing heavy-duty pins on both sides. These pins are supported on a channel frame through anti friction ball bearings. One of the pin is extended and fitted with wheel – warm combination. The above assembly can be tilted from the horizontal position to about 60º along the vertical axis. The pan is provided with a scrapper, which is adjustable both for height as well as angle to scrap material from the side and also to guide the material at an angle for semi-circular motion of the particles on the disc. The pan is rotated by a gearbox, motor and ‘V’ belt. The rpm is variable from 30 – 40. The entire assembly is balanced properly to avoid any tumbling down or up. All M.S. parts will be deburred and given 2 coats of red oxide followed by paint.
